Common questions

I lost my progress. Progress is saved only on your phone. If you saved a code from the Rewards tab, paste it back in with Restore. Without a code, we cannot recover it, because we never receive it.

A story or answer looks wrong. Every stop lists its sources. Send us the stop name and what you found. We will check it and fix it.

A photo credit is wrong or you want a photo removed. Send us the stop name and the photo. We will fix the credit or take it down.

Safety. Stay on public paths, cross at crosswalks, and never go anywhere that feels unsafe or is closed. A game is never worth a risk. The app never asks you to trespass or climb anything.
